When consumers choose an auto insurance provider, price is the main criteria. Since our client could not compete based on price alone, they needed a direct mail strategy to expose the competition’s weakness in customer service.

Why this is in the morgue:
Out of a dozen other concepts, the one pictured above was selected by our internal team as our agency recommendation. The client liked it but felt it was too antagonistic towards the competition.
